By accessing or using Goalnix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Account Terms

When you create an account on Goalnix, you agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Goalnix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon or violate the rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Goalnix offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Goalnix does not store your payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Goalnix and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Goalnix. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may export or delete your content at any time. We will not use your content for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Goalnix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Goalnix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
